In order to ensure a smooth sailing experience, we make sure that:
Our staff is available on phone 24/7 while you sail and ready to support you on anything that might be needed. Either by providing simple instructions or in the worst case scenario, sending a technician to the place you are in order to fix something that broke.
Vessel is thoroughly inspected before departing and we fix anything that might have broken on the previous charter.
If you have asked for a skipper to accompany you, even though you have a professional transaction with them directly,
we propose only skippers that are licensed and experienced.
